General Winching Theory and Practice

Our General Winching Theory and Practice course aims to give candidates the practical knowledge they need to understand health and safety requirements, best practice, and risk assessment when operating vehicle mounted or hand operated winches. 

Who is it for?

Those who are required to operate hand, mechanical, or vehicle mounted winches as part of their work role or personal life. Once the course has been completed successfully, candidates will receive a nationally recognised certificate General Winching Theory and Practice, certificated by Lantra Awards.

Our Lantra course can be held at any time of the year, providing the ground conditions are suitable, and can be delivered from our site or at your premises using your equipment.
